1) There's no point raising your voice if whatever you are going to say will not affect them in any way. Choose your words wisely. Use those that will touch their hearts and inspire them to change for good. Make a positive impact in their lives. Increasing volume will only be detrimental to your throat.

2) Rain is precipitation, a physical process that which we can feel. Unlike thunder, which is something you can't touch nor see. Sometimes, it is pointless if you're all talk but no action. Model the way for others. Don't just give orders and take a seat at the back. You gotta get your hands dirty, and be there all the way with them. Also, rain is not always a good thing. Some people might welcome it happily while others may detest it. You may be criticized for doing certain things, resulting in conflicts. Well its not possible to please everyone. But don't fret, for there's always a rainbow behind the raincloud, once these people see the light(sunshine). Just pick yourself up and move on. Sometimes it's important to do what's right and best for everyone. Not what's popular.
